Ysaÿe, Eugène-Auguste Composers Composition Music


Belgian composer and violinist Eugène Ysaÿe (1858–1931) bridged the Romantic and Modern periods. While he spent most of his life in Belgium, he did conduct the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra from 1918-1920.
