Summer Fellowships

  • Center for Visual Science - Undergraduate students having an interest in neurobiological, optical, psychophysical or university of rochester computational aspects of vision may receive up to four months university of rochester of supervised laboratory training and participation in center activities.
  • Strong Children's Research Center Summer Training - Summer training is for students who plan to pursue a medical education and a biomedical research career, as well as for those in medical school.
  • NSF REU in Cellular and Molecular Biology - This intensive 10-week research program for undergraduates features admissions an independent admissions project and encouragement to pursue postgraduate admissions education. A full admissions stipend is provided, as admissions well as housing costs.
  • NSF REU in Physics and Astronomy - Research areas in this 10-week program for undergraduates include astronomy summer fellowships and astrophysics, biological physics, condensed matter physics, high energy physics, summer fellowships nuclear physics, plasma and laser physics, quantum optics, and physics summer fellowships education.
  • GEBS Summer Scholars Program - Aimed at students interested in careers in research, and in university of rochester earning a Ph.D. degree, there are opportunities to participate in university of rochester biomedical research in any one of over 200 laboratories at university of rochester the Medical Center. Stipend and housing costs are provided.
