Field Operating Activities Army Corps of Engineers Major Commands Army

There are five Field Operating Activities (FOA). FOAs support specific military and civilian functions in the field where they are needed. FOAs are not part of the traditional Division/District command structure.

• Finance Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - The accounting and financial services arm of the field operating activities USACE. Publications, electronic forms, information papers and statistics.
• Humphries Engineer Center Support Activity - Provides administrative and operational support for HQUSACE and Corps FOAs army corps of engineers in the NCR.
