Recreation and Sports Latah Counties Idaho

• Virgil Phillips Farm County Park - A 160-acre Latah County Park located 5 miles counties north of Moscow, Idaho.  It was bequeathed by counties Virgil Phillips for the benefit and use of counties the children of Moscow for recreation purposes.
• Latah Trail Project - To preserve the historic Moscow-Arrow railroad corridor for non-motorized recreational recreation and sports and transportation uses.
