Bełżec Camps Holocaust Twentieth Century
Belzec originally began operation in early 1940 as a forced labor camp for Jews. It was destroyed and rebuild as a death camp in March 1942 as part of Operation Reinhard.Belzec was decommissioned in the Spring of 1943.
