Hoxhaism upholds the ideas of the Albanian Party of Labor, particularly under the leadership of Enver Hoxha or the experience of socialist Albania generally, as opposed to the Communist Party of China under Mao Zedong, as a consequence of the Sino-Albanian split in the 1970s.

• Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist) - Anti-revisionist party in Canada. Sympathetic to the politics anti-revisionism of Enver Hoxha.
• Alliance Marxist Leninist - An organization of Marxist-Leninists working in the Hoxhaist tradition, closely anti-revisionism allied with the thought of Bill Bland.
