Saints Agape, Chionia, and Irene Saints People Christianity
There are at least five saints named Irene in the Catholic Church. This St. Irene is a martyr of the Diocletian persecution. She, along with her two sisters Agape and Chionia, died for the faith in 304. Her feast day is April 5 in the West, April 16 in the East.
